Free Books for the Taking: Set 1

Krew's new big boy room was in desperate need of a bookshelf, and I realized that the one I already had sitting in the hallway was the perfect color and size. Of course, no bookshelf sits empty in any home of my mine. So the bookshelf was packed full of my books. I decided this was the perfect opportunity to do a book purge.  (I've been reading a lot lately about purging and clearing clutter from your home.  Ever read Organized Simplicity?  I highly recommend it!)  I went through the hallway bookshelf and my two other bookshelves and made it my goal to get rid of enough books so that Krew could have the hallway bookshelf and I wouldn't need to buy a new one.  And I am happy to report that I succeeded. :)

The result? Lots of free books for the taking. Anyone who reads this is welcome to them - with the caveat that you must be able to arrange a pick up. I don't want to have to do any trips to the post office or pay for shipping. Sorry to you out-of-towners!

Below are pictures of the first set. Skim through and see if there are any you'd like. This is only about a third of the books - I didn't have time tonight to take pictures of the rest. I'll post the rest in the days to come. By the way, I haven't necessarily read all of these (I actually haven't read a lot of them), so I don't guarantee that they're good. Take and read at your own risk. :) Oh, and I apologize if you can't read the titles or authors well. I took the pictures with my iPhone in dim lighting and then tried to brighten them on my computer.
