Life Catch-Up in Photos: Halloween

Although it's a bit late, just had to share some pictures from Halloween. :) Krewson was Tigger and Ellie was Pammy the Panda Bear. As you can tell from the pictures, Ellie was a bit bewildered by the costumes and picture taking, while Krew was completely oblivious.

We asked Krew to stand next to Ellie, but apparently he heard "sit", not "stand"...

But finally we had a success:

And even a bit of a smile around the thumb...

The picture taking was followed by some fun times trick-or-treating! It was their first time and they both loved it.

Thanksgiving Family Photo

Had a great Thanksgiving today with my family.   I hope you all had a good one, too.

Just a family photo to share. This is my immediate family - some are family by blood, some are family by love. So glad to have them all in my life. :)

Happy Thanksgiving!!

Hope everyone has a blessed Thanksgiving day!

Nothing too special to post today, just wanted to wish everyone the best, and challenge you to think of at least one thing you're grateful for today.

What I'm thankful for: A happy marriage to a loving husband and our beautiful, healthy son. A job. A wonderful extended family on both sides. Tons of loving friends. A Christian community that provides love and support. The opportunity to spend Thanksgiving with family.

What are you thankful for today?

God bless!

Life Catch-Up in Photos: Frisbee Nationals

Hey everyone! Sorry for the long hiatus between blog posts. Dave, Krew, and I are in Indiana this week to spend Thanksgiving with my family. It's been a good trip so far, with some shopping and some hanging around and dinners together. And obviously not much time spent on the computer. :)

Thought I'd finally share some pictures from our trip to Sarasota that we took the last week of October. We went down for Dave's ultimate frisbee national tournament and stayed with my grandma in Bradenton. Dave's team took 5th place, and I was so proud of them!

I'm not going to provide a narrative of the tournament, because my friend Kathryn already did a great job of that over at her blog (and actually wrote her post just a couple days after the tournament - so much more on top of things than me!). You can check it out here: In Sarasota We...

Anyway, here are some of my pictures. (And yes, believe it or not, this is just SOME of them.) :)
